Responsibilities

As a Training Technician, you will:

  • Be passionate about expanding your ABA knowledge through delivery of New Hire Training
  • Have mastered advanced technician competencies
  • Have the flexibility to train and support at various times, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Provide positive staff support to all new hires at least once within 30-days post training
  • Be responsible for ensuring the programmatic quality and integrity of all trainings
  • Be an ambassador of LEARN’s values and culture creating a welcoming, inclusive, connected environment where everyone has the safe space to learn and grow
  • Report directly to a New Hire Training Operations Manager and perform other administrative duties in the region and/or provide field support or direct intervention as schedules permit

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree
  • One year of experience as a behavioral technician
  • Ability to travel to various sites within region to deliver trainings
  • BCBA eligible or accruing hours towards certification (preferred, not required)
  • Bilingual (preferred, not required)
  • RBT Certification or equivalent (Preferred, not required)

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit, as well as talk and hear.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
