A great opportunity has arrived in Fitchburg, Massachusetts! Behavioral Concepts (BCI), is currently seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team.

Our behavior analysts are responsible for supervising behavior analytic programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, as well as other developmental or behavioral disorders, and are responsible for managing a team of behavior technicians while given the tools to do so with ease and efficiency. • Provide oversight and supervision for your team, and clients
• BCI's Behavior Analysts oversee an average of 180 team hours weekly; 150 Clinical hours + 30 billable hours on average 
• Mentor, train, and support Behavior Technicians
• Write reports, and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources
• Attend monthly regional meetings, for ongoing training and supervision
• Conduct regular parent trainings for family members
• They will treat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority.
• Services may be delivered in home (primarily), school, or center-based settings across various locations within Massachusetts.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (those planning on sitting for BCBA exam in the next 3 months are also encouraged to apply)
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Effective supervisory skills
• Collaborates well with others
• Organizational and management skills
• Demonstrated competency with administrative tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)
• Effective team player
• Reliable, positive, enthusiastic, flexible, hard working
• Regular access to a reliable vehicle
• Pass background check
