BCI is searching for a Part-Time BCBA in Nashua, NH!

 

A great opportunity has arrived! Behavioral Concepts (BCI), is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. Our behavior analysts are responsible for supervising behavior analytic programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, as well as other developmental or behavioral disorders, and are responsible for managing a team of behavior technicians while given the tools to do so with ease and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team, and clients
  • BCI's Behavior Analysts perform 20+ billable hours on average 
  • Mentor, train, and support Behavior Technicians
  • Write reports, and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources
  • Attend monthly regional meetings, for ongoing training and supervision
  • Conduct regular parent trainings for family members
  • They will treat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority.
  • Services may be delivered in home (primarily), school, or center-based settings across various locations within Massachusetts.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Effective supervisory skills
  • Organizational and management skills
  • Demonstrated competency with administrative tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)
  • Effective team player
  • Reliable, positive, enthusiastic, flexible, hard working
  • Regular access to a reliable vehicle
  • Pass background check
  • Practitioners interested in research, as well as candidates with specific interests in functional analysis, verbal behavior, feeding, and other topics, are encouraged to apply.
