Overview

 

BCI is seeking a Managing Behavior Analyst to oversee the delivery of behavior treatment services with the support of Managing Technicians, Assistant Behavior Analysts and/or other Behavior Analysts. Managing Behavior Analysts are driven to provide clinically excellent services to their clients and their families, while promoting the clinical and professional development of the program managers and technicians assigned to their teams.

 

For over 20 years, BCI has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children and young adults with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life.

This role is primarily school-based!

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical direction to program managers and technicians for assigned clients
  • Deliver protocol modification, assessment and family treatment guidance for assigned clients
  • Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability
  • Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
  • Provide clinical and professional feedback to staff
  • Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
  • Collaborate with Clinical Director regarding assignment of BAs to BT teams
  • Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
  • Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification/MA Licensure Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) 
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a BCBA
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Your own reliable transportation
  • With training, performs appropriate physical management as needed to ensure client safety
  • Works independently as well as in a team environment with colleagues and supervisors
  • Communicates well in both verbal and written forms
  • Collaborates well with others
  • Helps resolve conflicts when they arise and conducts oneself in a professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities  
  • Required to push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to walk, stand and sit for long periods of time
  • Must have the ability to react quickly to the motion of clients and objects
  • Required at times to reach up, stoop, kneel, balance, crouch or crawl
  • There may be times when you will need to exert control of clients within the guidelines of ABA
