We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with clinical expertise and a positive, team-focused mindset. Our clinicians deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment. And, we have reasonable billable expectations for our team.

What You Have

You’re more than a BCBA—you’re a problem-solver, cheerleader, data enthusiast, and team playerQualifications for this role include: 

  • Master's degree 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with children with autism 
  • Proven success in training and leading a team 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with staff and families 
  • Superior oral and written communication skills 
  • Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) 
  • Experience with multiple funding sources and report templates
  • Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.. 
  • Must be able to walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time 
  • Must have the ability to react quickly to the motion of clients and objects 
  • Required at times to reach up, stoop, kneel, balance, crouch, or crawl 
  • May be required to exert physical control of clients in accordance with ABA guidelines 

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a leadership and clinical excellence role. You’ll oversee a caseload while guiding a team of clinicians and technicians, along with additional responsibilities, including: 

  • Manage a team of 2 to 4 master’s-level supervisors and oversee a team of 15 to 25 behavior technicians
  • Provide clinical direction to program managers and technicians for assigned clients 
  • Deliver protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance to assigned clients according to LEARN clinical standards 
  • Employ clinical best practices and use data to drive clinical programming 
  • Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability 
  • Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings 
  • Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies 
  • Partner with Clinical Director regarding staffing and scheduling for clients 
  • Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly 
  • Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten 
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
